William Hill Acquires 29.4% Stake in Online Lottery Business
Gambling operator William Hill PLC announced previous today so it had bought a 29.4% stake in on the web lottery options provider NeoGames S.a.r.l. for the amount that is total of;16 million ($25 million).
William Hill also pointed out that it may choose the remaining 70.6% stake into the lottery business within three or 5 years after the acquisition for the minority stake. the gambling operator would be to buy the remainder NeoGames shares will be decided by method of a
